1 oz Bula Tulum Libation
¾ oz of pineapple jam
4 oz ginger beer
coffee foam
vanilla spray
Procedure:
Mix all ingredients in a shaker, except coffee foam. Serve with a skimmer. With a spoon add the coffee foam and finish with the vanilla spray and a flower with gold dust.

1 drop rose tincture
Top with tonic
2 sprays of Jasmine
Procedure
Build in the high ball glass with ice, pour all the ingredients, except for the spray of jasmine, that will perfume the glass once done.
Remember to mix well the oleo saccharum (citrus honey) before adding the ice.
OLEO SACCHARUM (HONEY OF CHAMOMILE AND MANDARIN)
1 LITER BEE HONEY
CLEAN SKINS OF MANDARIN SLICED
FRESH CHAMOMILE FLOWER
PROCESS:
MIX INGREDIENTS IN MASON JAR AND MACERATE 2 WEEKS
Nirvana
1 oz Bula Tulum Libation
½ spoonful of oleo saccharum
1 drop rose tincture
Top with tonic
2 sprays of Jasmine
Procedure
Build in the high ball glass with ice, pour all the ingredients, except for the spray of jasmine, that will perfume the glass once done.
